Educational Qualifications:

  • SC Licensed Professional Counselor Associate

Specialization: 

I utilize an integrative, client-centered approach. My approach to therapy is informed by acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness, positive psychology, and solution-focused therapy. While I do have a background in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (tf-CBT) and cognitive processing therapy (CPT), I work to tailor the therapeutic approach to the needs of each client individually.

Services: 

I provide individual online mental health therapy services.

Fees: 

Individual therapy: $125/50-min session

All of our sessions are documented as part of the clinical record which is accessible to you at any time. I will keep confidential anything you say as part of our counseling relationship, with the following exceptions: (a) you direct me in writing to disclose information to someone else, (b) it is determined you are a danger to yourself or others (including child or elder abuse), or (c) I am ordered by a court to disclose information.
